Al Barsha first is part of Dubai's Al Barsha community. The community, which is divided into Al Barsha 2, Al Barsha 3, and Al Barsha South, is located along the Umm Suqeem Road. It has a popular destination with a good mix of hotels, residential suites, commercial spaces, private villas and offices. It is mainly famous for its affordable apartments and easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Metro. It is close to two main highways, Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Hence, commuting to and from this area is easy. In addition, being close to metro stations makes it easy for residents to commute for work and leisure via the Dubai Metro. There are two options for public transport. Firstly, the community is served by two metro stations, the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station and the Sharaf DG Metro Station. Second, many buses connect the community to metro stations.
