Al Goze Industrial Area Fourth is a mixed-use sub-community located on the southeast side next to Al-Khail Road (E44).  It is adjoined to the north by Al Wasl and to the west by Umm Al Shef, Al Manara and Al Safa, which form a long rectangle between Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed streets. It is the four sub-districts of Al Goze, which houses various sports complexes, Grand City Mall, restaurants and cafes. The community's strategic site provides easy access to the Dubai Hills Estate and neighboring areas such as Al Barsha. The shopping mall has a hypermarket to cater to larger grocery hauls.

Several bus stations around the district provide ease of commuting to the neighboring areas. Bus 21, F25 and F26 have routes that pass in the sub-community. Apart from the Dubai Bus, the metro service is in less than 10 minutes.  The nearest metro stations include Umm Al Shef Metro Station and Emirates Metro Station Mall.
