Al Mizhar second is a sub-community of Al Mizhar in Dubai. The community of Al Mizhar, an outlying area in Dubai, is located east of Deira. It is a part of the northern region known as the old part of Dubai which retains its traditional charm. One of its two campuses is Al Mizhar second. It consists of several blocks of luxury villas and a few plots dedicated to administrative and commercial properties. While the western campus is filled with commercial areas with residential units, the sub-community of Al Mizhar second is a more peaceful and quieter side of the neighborhood.
