Dubai Holding’s Burj Jumeira Tower is going to be a master-planned development. Being part of the Jumeirah Central District, it will include 47 million square feet of development that will come complete with residential, hospitality, office and retail space.
The whole development is being customized to be a tourist destination. As such, it will be home to three malls, outdoor shopping space and more than 44,000dedicated car parking space.
