About Al Barshaa South Second

Comprised of residential apartments, townhouses and villas, Al Barsha South Second enjoys a prime position within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This sub-community includes a mix of residential and commercial development. Located near Umm Sequim Street and Hesa Street, it is home to major landmarks such as the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Autodrome and Arabian Ranch. It is the most famous residential district in Dubai with affordable apartments, spacious private villas, schools, well-maintained parks, supermarkets and a multitude of amenities.

It is mainly a residential locality but it also has a science centre named Dubai Science Park. The villas cover most of the area; Dubai Science Park also houses a few apartment buildings, commercial properties, and hotels. There are also some villa communities, such as Villa Lantana. In addition to spacious compounds, each villa has a majlis, living and dining areas bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, powder rooms and balconies. The apartment provides basement or ground parking while the villas have large premises and shaded outdoor areas for parking. For public parking in Al Barsha South 2, there are some parking lots near retail outlets. Bus stops are not located within walking distance of the villa. This can be a hindrance for those who prefer to travel by public transport in Dubai.  Nevertheless, such individuals can book an RTA taxi to travel to the nearest metro station and bus stop in Dubai.

Al Barsha Mall is one of the newest malls in the city. It is home to a gym, a spa, a driving centre, two entertainment areas and plenty of shops and eateries. There are many schools, colleges, hospitals, shopping malls, restaurants, temples, churches mosques and plenty of gyms, parks, spas and salons, etc. nearby the locality. Jumeirah Public Beach, Al Sufouh Beach and Umm Suqeim Beach are some beaches nearby the area.
