Aristo at Dubai South is a boutique residential development, presenting a modern design façade by OKSA Developer with studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Almost all levels take views to the outside, behind the full-height glazing that not only extends living spaces outwards but also highlights views outside of the low-rise fabric of the South. Internally the building is eased around a central circulation core with short distances required for residents to move from lift lobby to front door. As such the ground podium level and the basement accommodate the resident parking, leaving the ground level free for complete a spacious, double height lobby.
Upon entering the façade, the colour contrasts inside changes from the white exterior shape to a more palpitating interior order. There is a darkened band of stone that runs across a loop above the dark veined stone floor throughout the lobby and feature walls of veined marble. A chandelier in the shape of crystals hangs from an oval opening in the ceiling above a raised planter, and a gold-plated reception desk is located below illuminated branding of the its name. Rounded furniture is set around low tables, dressed in soft brown upholstery, which conjure up the relaxed vibe of a well-thought-out home, rather than the transitory taste of a transactional space.
