The masterplan of Azizi Lina is designed for a mid to mid-rise residential tower as a part of Downtown Jebel Ali precinct. The key access points are integrated with the public space and provide direct connections to the metro station corridor, whereas the lift lobbies, service spaces and the residential corridors have been optimized for access to daylight to activate the level of the podium for the functions of public space. The project surrounding area confirms that the development is positioned to go with both JAFZA's commercial hub and the leisure belt to the west of the development, where Dubai Parks & Resorts is located, allowing residents live in both fundamentally different yet complementary urban environments simultaneously.
