The Azizi Wares master plan is designed as a holistic solution, a solution to the urban rather than an isolated residential tower. A street-level podium provided premium retailing frontage that starts through into residential floors, each with a varying pitch of timber that creates varied sense of scale. The building sits on multiple levels above a street-level podium, seamlessly mixing commercial and community life, with each level having proposed a different pitch of timber to create some variation in scale. Amenity facilities are focused at podium and dedicated leisure levels to provide a coherent internal amenity neighbourhood and have increased opportunities for residents to move around between all the facilities within development boundaries.
