CG Living at Dubai Islands - Master Plan

The master plan for the CG Living project is based on the concept of resort-style living, with the building located on the waterfront in Dubai Islands. The Crown's new project for a waterfront destination that will be connected and accessible. The stepped massing of the architecture creates a visual landmark that is contextualized to the coastal context and the activated podium levels provide a strong social infrastructure at footpath and lower floor levels. Private and public areas are woven in concert over separate floor plates, which include residential facilities, hospitality, dining, and fitness areas. Landscaping strategy – cascading planting at different levels along terraces is reflection of the group's worldwide experience of living with nature and nature's arts, in harmony.
