Celesto Tower 3 - Master Plan

The tower 3 is the third addition in the Celesto portfolio master plan, with 216 residences dotted in on a plot organised into one venture. The sequence breaks the residents up from the existing life and leads to a calmer and controlled space where the public arrives at ground level before the domestic space is reached on the floors above, which are set up as a landscaped podium area. Shared amenities sit here to benefit from the vantage points and elevation, while still maintaining a balance of tranquillity and community use cohesively separate from the more residential ones above. The overall design builds upon the vocabulary used in its predecessor towers, to create a sense of continuity around the wider development.
