Riverlink commercial is part of the Damac Riverside masterplan that will create a mixed-use riverside community with a variety of commercial, residences, wellness, and leisure spaces. The plan has been built with a philosophy of first accommodating lifestyle opportunities for all: green corridors, riverside walkways, outdoor fitness areas, retail streets, and wellness areas around the office tower will actively promote productivity and wellbeing for the businesses and employees working in the building. Circulation takes efficient pedestrian movement and vehicle access as the priority, to accommodate the capacity and traffic of a fully functioning business district, parking is provided along with a range of road systems. The fact that further infrastructure enhancements are planned in the subsequent phase of the DIP Project, further strengthens the long term strategic importance of the positioning in the masterplan.
