Damac Riverside Views Azure 2 is a component of the visionary master plan by Damac Properties that brings together design, leisure and nature at ease. The focus is on clarity and free visibility, turning its tower to maximise daylight and natural cross-ventilation, but retaining the panoramic river views of all residences. The design language used in the building is a reflection, however slight architectural variations between the layout of building and design of the facade are added.
This stage is part and parcel of the bigger Riverside network, which is connected through landscaped walk areas, linking to floating leisure islands, wellness gardens and communal centers. The tranquil blue colour of the Azure cluster inspires serenity and revival and thus it is different to other clusters such as Indigo and Royal that have different personalities. The location of public spaces is well planned to give people a chance to interact without intruding in the privacy of the residents.
