The concept of Do Hotels & Residences master plan by ONE Development is based on the philosophy of living the beat, that is combination of luxury, wellness, and creativity to become the same place of integrated lifestyle. The development comes with a G+7 composition and an extensive panoramic view over the sea, landscaped environment and direct access to the marina and the rest of attractions in the Dubai Islands. The key themes of the master plan are the links between inside and outside life. Co-working areas, wellness facilities, infinity pools and outdoor loungers are perfectly distributed throughout the development to deliver leisure resort living on a daily basis.
This project is envisaged as the first of its kind in the world, based on AI and a musical theme in combination with a residence. The scale between hospitality and a lifetime presence is highlighted in the design that includes 120 living units starting with studios and leading to three-bedroom residential units that will be designed in a manner that demonstrates the elements of sophistication and contemporary purposefulness.
