Lunaya by Zaya Living - Master Plan

The master plan of Lunaya is based on the idea of integrated living in which architecture and landscape are seen to be a whole system. The development design focuses on low-density housing, it provides a lot of space between houses and at the same time there is still a form of community set up. The units are well spaced to maximise privacy, natural lighting and ventilation to provide a comfortable place to live in. Landscape paths are used to interconnect the various areas in the community and ensure the enhancement of motion and interaction without disturbing the serenity. There are well planned green areas, courtyards, and open seating areas that give the residents various activities and areas of rest. Parking, access routes, and service areas are also put in the planning in such a way that they do not interfere with the aesthetic harmony of the development.
