In the same way, Miorah is designed by Zoya's master plan which will be construed at a scale of its own, and the design team has lived up to that. Throughout a vast area, the site comprises multiple, yet distinct territories of homes, recreation, and nature, each without incorporating the other in a fraught or problematic way. The site fabricated footprint is optimised to maximise unit orientation towards preferred aspects; the ground level plan provides a favourable quality of amenity space and connection through planting and shaded seating terraces. Vehicular & pedestrian traffic is separated from the beginning and a serene, safe internal environment is established.
