The Mirdad masterplan is composed of four residential towers set within a landscaped community podium that integrates public retail, leisure zones, and green infrastructure into a single coherent district. Towers M1 through M4 are arranged to maximise natural light access and cross-ventilation between buildings while preserving uninterrupted sightlines from the upper residential floors toward the Autodrome circuit and the surrounding parklands. A dedicated retail island forms the social and commercial core of the ground plane, ringed by walkable streetscapes, shaded pedestrian connections, and curated planting. Two basement levels provide parking beneath the development.
