Numa Reserve at Meydan - Master Plan

The master plan of Numa Reserve by Mirfa IBC has been drawn to focus more on the compatibility of architecture and landscape. Spread over a carefully designed community, the homes are designed in a manner that maximizes forms of privacy, natural and ventilation light as well as continuity with communal lawn-like areas. The placement is such that it forms an oasis of peace, and there are landscaped gardens, shaded footways, and lush paths which improve the feeling of homeownership. All the plots have been located strategically to enhance views, access to sunlight and accessibility, indicating that the project is conscious on attention to detail. The plan is also focused on functionality to make sure that it has expansive internal roads, personal entry points, and an unorthodox circulation between the public and non-public areas.
