Mirasol Phase 2 master plan by RAK Properties is a vision of a harmony: a setting where architecture behaves respectfully, and open space. The layout is intended to maintain the sea scenery and blend with the natural mangrove environment of the islands, but focuses more on green corridors, walking paths and edges of promenades. The inhabitants will have relaxation areas with plenty of green plants, landscaped gardens, shaded walking or cycling tracks and open spaces where people can interact. Access to the beach, views of the marina or the waterfront are part of the development and provide both views and relaxation. The design makes sure that every building is positioned in such a way that it commands water or gardens views, and the terraces and balconies are designed in a way that they do not compromise privacy.
