The Raw District by Imtiaz master plan is built from the philosophy of urban convergence presenting a living ecosystem rather than a residential enclave. The surrounding is designed to grow and compound in character as the community that inhabits it matures. The podium levels establish a richly activated social ground plane of retail, dining, co-working, cultural, and fitness spaces. All operating under the District brand umbrella and producing a frontage that engages the street and the metro directly. Above this, the stacked-volume residential massing rises in deliberately offset blocks that frame a central landscaped court, the twin architectural masses sharing a common material language while remaining visually distinct. Cascading greenery is integrated at every terrace setback, with the intention that the planting grows and compounds across the building's lifespan.
