The Greenfield 2 masterplan is planned over the vast address, distributing 304 residences in a high-rise layout where the emphasis is on green façade and green spaces, rather than built densities, and pedestrian circulation and community life areas. The community is arranged around landscaped courtyards and internal and pedestrian – only paths instead of built-out blocks turning away from the road, creating shaded walkways and planted buffers to separate the residential clusters. Amenity zones are integrated into the layout and all facilities are within easy reach of all clusters. Overall, the composition is dominated by openness and greenery, further embracing the community first design principles outlined throughout the design to date across the wider Greenfield concept.
