Sanctuary is positioned at the heart of the Meydan masterplan, a forward-thinking mixed-use district that neighbours the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary to the north and connects to Dubai's primary road infrastructure corridor. Within this enclave, the tower is flanked by the waterway and parkway residential phases, situating it within a walkable, park-edged neighbourhood rather than an isolated plot. The building's orientation is designed to maximise wetland-facing views from the upper residential floors while anchoring the street-level retail and commercial podium to the broader Horizon pedestrian network. The orientation studies, ensuring that living spaces capture morning light from the wetland to the east while benefitting from afternoon shade on the primary glazed facade.
