Bloom’s residential tower will be offering 279 apartments in total, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, as well as 4 bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses, and penthouses.
Each townhouse and penthouse will have an independent terrace and swimming pool, whereas luxury penthouses will feature large bedrooms with a panoramic view of the Marina.
The self-contained building will also offer a health club, steam room, sauna, kids room, cinema, games room, meeting space and outdoor swimming pools.
The Stella Maris residential tower will be located at the southern end of Dubai Marina, and Bloom said it expected to attract local and international investors.
The project will sport a dynamic facade of interacting light, sea, and sky through horizontal elements such as balconies and artistic shadowing to create a 'breaking wave' effect.
