The master plan of Talea by Beyond Developments is established as a radical redefinition of urbanity, which is meant to be full of echoes to the natural progression. This is instead of taking up the intuitive form of a vertical tower, but as a living soul, the building is seen emerging out of the ground, spreading naturalistically and upwards through layers of green terraces. The surroundings become the continuation of each floor, and the plants become down pouring and growing naturally up and down the facades to create a jungle, which can be called Biophilia. This solution makes the tower a single element of the Forest District, where people and society live in the harmonic world. Access is through cross-laminated gardens, the podium levels to the high leisure decks and a central park. This plan will focus on promoting the walks, social places and immersive experiences that engage the different residents to restore senses to nature.
