Following Crystal's founding premise of intentional rather than maximising density, the Hudson's master plan includes a mix of options. The plan states that intentional builds have not just high-density, but a healthy mix of options with expansive open space. The single, residential tower's conception is based on a compact but beneficial site plan, carefully designed to preserve natural light throughout the building's height and different residential orientations. The upper floors dedicated exclusively to private living places while the ground level is filled with landscaped communal areas, leisure infrastructure and citizen-centered amenity spaces. To avoid any potential footfall conflicts between the public and private areas, circulation has been planned out in order to keep the project visually quiet as a residential space.
