The Serene at Sobha Central - Master Plan

The Serene at Sobha Central master plan is created as a holistic community experience by Sobha Group in the form of a combination of city life and green living. There are six spectacular towers in the project taking a classical shape due to their appearance on a large podium which forms the crown jewel of the development. This is pictured as a green shed in the sky garden and it is putting landscaped lawns, water tables, courtyards, and shaded promenades all in the same design. Pedestrian walkways, cycling routes, jogging and open leisure areas that have carefully been laid support a lifestyle grounded on a principle of wellness and community. In addition to this, other leisure and lifestyle influences, the plan also builds nearly 175,000 sq. ft. of modern office space, and co-working hubs which provide a work-live balance in the company itself.
