Tori by IGO master plan is a chorography of spaces built and nature spaces that translate into a unitary vision of living and leisure. All the buildings are planned strategically to maximize the amount of light, air, and privacy by both providing a social and harmonious atmosphere of living.

This new trend takes into account such architecture that enhances the presence of lush pocket parks where the greenery is no longer an afterthought but a major attribute. The residents are welcomed to stroll via wooded pathways, find a calm place to sit close to the trees, and enjoy nature at any time of the day. At the heart of the design is a main central communal courtyard, where the neighbours get to meet, children to play and events can be organized spontaneously.
