The concept for Trevino is a vertical masterplan, in which the luxury and residential nature is applied from the ground plane to the rooftop. The design's stepped shape establishes a natural tier of experience: The podium level forms a landscaped resort-style leisure base; The mid-levels incorporate the private residences with cascading terrace and plunge pool designs. The rooftop level offers a dedicated space for wellness and social areas, fully leveraging the open aspect and raised position of the building. From the outset, greenery is integrated with the architecture as a communal ensemble, not something added by an adhesive note.
