The masterplan for the Verdana 9 comprises luxury designed apartments and townhouses grouped in invitingly-draped concentric rows around the natural arc of the plot. The main spine focus of these residential rows is a landscaped plaza at the center with community pool, gymnasium and clubhouse facilities located adjacent for shared use. The townhouse streetscapes, created by horizontal streets are contrasted by the vertical structure of the residential tower on the eastern edge of the plan. The internal roads are broad, tree-lined and pedestrian friendly with private parking being built in the front of each townhouse. The boundary green belts give privacy from adjoining roads and they reinforce the overall setting of the development as a green, quiet, and considered address to the wider DIP framework.
