The overall master plan of Wynwood Horizon places the main residential tower in a thoughtfully designed square mixed-use environment. The tower podium height provides an entry into the ground realm by providing retail, dining, and community-gathering areas, while at the same time not sacrificing resident privacies. The crystal lagoons trail through the plan, crossing the larger expanse of the Meydan, offering various entry points, facilities, and pleasure. Landscaping highlights the selection of native vegetation, shaded walkways and embedded public works of art that complement and transform the space. Traffic circulation is designed in a hierarchical manner with careful minimisation of vehicular access at the residential edge. This outcome would not that much of a real estate project and more of a planned neighbourhood designed for purposes of living.
