Zazen Acacia Residences is master planned as a low-density boutique community set within Dubai South's residential district. The ground plus four floor building configuration, crowned by rooftop amenities, is oriented to maximise natural light penetration and cross ventilation across all 48 residences. Landscaped pockets and open-air zones are woven throughout the project, softening the built form and creating genuine outdoor utility at ground level. Green areas buffer the architecture from surrounding movement, while the low unit count ensures that shared spaces remain unhurried and private. Every element of the plan prioritises calm, proportion, and a measured pace of daily life.
