Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 master plan is imagined as one of the iconic towers of 266 apartments in 15 apartment floors covering two basement floors and a basement with rooftop facilities. The design is rather massive with generous space, finishes, and exalted aesthetics with heights of approximately 65 metres and ceiling height of 3.5meters. The territory footprint consists of verdant landscaped areas and terraces where they nest the structure into the Yas Bay waterfront identity.
The master plan strikes the balance between the community and privacy: ground-floor apartments have access to their own gardens, duplexes and sky villas have their own elevators and they have exclusive layouts. Interiors will organize in order to get high views of the sea and park, and in such a manner which floods natural light through the energy-efficient glazing. Landscaped gardens planted across the base, designed outdoor seating terraces, shaded recreation zones, and water-feature corridors connecting the waterfront experience inside the building are some of the common areas.
