Having separated this, natural light and the ability to keep a light level adjacent to other parts of the building. This is quiet, a luxury not always afforded in the typical building where retail and serviced spaces fight for floor space alongside residential spaces. This leads to a co-ordinated small space where each square metre is used and each person has a particular and unique contribution to park occupy a separate and identifiable space in the overall composition.
