The master plan concept of Forum 2 had been carefully developed to produce the balance between living, comfort and function. The development has a mid-rise building height, with an upper limit of 77 selected residences, creating a more private and exclusive living atmosphere for residents. The circulation space, scenic garden and tourist service centre placed into the centre of the design creates an urban setting. The architectural design of the project encourages spatial flexibility, while to maximise the natural light and ventilation over the project. Recreational areas, wellness spaces and communal spaces are organized in a clever mix to promote interaction, relaxation, and an enriched daily experience within a modern residential set-up.
