Ivy at ParkFive project by Deyaar includes the façade as its component in a master plan and great vision of sustainable and community lifestyle. The design of the buildings will provide conceptualized lifestyle facilities situated in a convenient location so that the building will experience a maximum number of views of the surrounding lakes and green areas but still be able to provide privacy and an open-sky feeling. The facility is interconnected with sikkas pliated with landscaped areas that join towers, gardens, shared courtyards, and activity areas. It features a food market zone and art installations of the contemporary world as its core. The rooftops further turn into sky-high lounges, plunge pools, and courts and take advantage of the height to provide exclusive vistas.
