The master plan of O1ne District Dawn is designed with 6 commercial towers clustered together in an arc with a centerpiece shopping district, each surrounded by pathways through site vegetation. The prominent gateway location is occupied by Office Tower 1, named Dawn, an extension of the working community forms the arrival plaza for the office towers around a shared arrival plaza, and office towers 2 and 3 provide an arrival plaza for working community spaces at both edges of the site with two healthcare facilities at either end. Water features, shaded seating courts and many trees are integrated throughout to add texture to the hardscape between the buildings. Retail spine rights of way are used to create walking access, facilitating employees to move between the towers and around for basic activities such as dining and doing their daily shopping.
