Midtown Dania District Overview

Deyaar Development PJSC announced the new phase of Dania District of its Midtown grand development at International Media Production Zone (IMPZ).

The Dania District is the second phase of Midtown by Deyaar, a large master-planned development by Deyaar in IMPZ. The Dania District will contain 6 buildings (ranging in height from 7 - 16 story’s) and will contain 579 apartments in total. The developer is introducing payment-plans which will have a 5% down-payment and offer monthly installment plans.

The Dania District includes six residential developments ranging from G+7 to G+16 buildings comprising a total of 579 apartment units in varying sizes. Divided into 131 studios, 295 one-bedroom apartments, 143 two-bedroom apartments, and 10 three-bedroom apartments, the size of the units range from 425 to 2,033 square feet and incorporate space optimizing designs increasing usable space and decreasing wasted area within a unit.
