Midtown by Deyaar is a complex of 27 proposed mid-rise and high-rise buildings which was launched in 2015. Deyaar launched the first complex in Midtown called Afnan District; it consists of 7 buildings and 659 apartments. In April 2016 Deyaar launched the project's second phase called Dania District at Midtown; it consists of 6 buildings 569 apartments.

Afnan District is the first phase of Midtown by Deyaar and was offered to prospective investors in September 2015. It will contain seven residential buildings ranging in size from 7 to 17 floors.
