Eira's master plan is constructed in relation to multiple areas of greenery, water features and an array of carefully planned outdoor settings surrounding the building to all sides. The development includes landscaped gardens, a peaceful entry plaza and resort style recreational areas which blend together into a series of controlled transitions between the pace of city life and a more relaxed and deliberate pace. Pathways run through the manicured vegetated areas, and water features at the corner of the building expand the feeling of open space. The whole tone scheme preference is for low density living, ample breathing space between buildings and a sanctuary on the roof which finishes off the comprehensive and environmentally conscious project vision.
